May 2017 Newsletter – Preparation Through the Lord’s Feasts by Pastor Brad Nottingham

Greetings Saints,

In the mighty name of YAHSHUA, we thank you HEAVENLY FATHER for your patience and understanding of what we say, what we do, and what we think, as we continue to seek your glory so that we understand the calling You have put on our lives. We repent of our ways and seek Your ways to govern our lives every minute of every day. Amen.

We are in the most crucial time of YAHWEH’S calendar, as we have just stepped out of Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the Feast of First Fruits.

1 Corinthians 5:7-8 Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

We have been brought out of bondage through the process of removing the veil in our mind to understand what our HEAVENLY FATHER has done for us, in all that HE has created for us. The Father has provided the first fruit, YAHSHUA, and we must become that first fruit – the sacrifice of our heart, mind, and soul – to be one with HIM as HE comes back to redeem us. This is the reason we must know and follow the spiritual feasts that HE set forth in the TORAH.

Exodus 13:7-10 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days. And no leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters. And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, “This is done because of what the LORD did for me when I came up from Egypt.” It shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that the LORD’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand the LORD has brought you out of Egypt. You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year

Leviticus 23:9-14 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. And you shall offer on that day, when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb of the first year, without blemish, as a burnt offering to the LORD. Its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the LORD, for a sweet aroma; and its drink offering shall be of wine, one-fourth of a hin. You shall eat neither bread nor parched grain nor fresh grain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.’

Exodus 34:22  And you shall observe the Feast of Weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the year’s end.

Everyone remembers the Pentecost of the apostles who were gathered in the upper room. The outpouring of the HOLY SPIRT came while each and every person gathered together in one accord. We know that this outpouring is the “early rains” outpouring, but we are in this season where our HEAVENLY FATHER will bring HIS “latter rain,” the rain of revelation to HIS people.

Acts 2:1-4 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Joel 2:23-32 Be glad then, you children of Zion, And rejoice in the LORD your God; For He has given you the former rain faithfully, And He will cause the rain to come down for you— The former rain, And the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the LORD your God And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame. “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the LORD has said, Among the remnant whom the LORD calls.

There is nothing that satan fears so much as when the people of YAHWEH clear the way by removing every hindrances so that the Lord can pour out His Spirit upon a fallen away church. We must repent and call on YAHWEH. Every temptation, everything that is not of YAHWEH’S kingdom, and everything not of HIS character or function we have in our life must be overcome, as “not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6).

The latter rain will come, and the blessing of God will fill every soul that is purified from every defilement. It is our work today to yield our souls to Christ that we may be prepared for the time of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.

When the people become living, walking, and working epistles of what has been provided for them, then the HOLY SPIRIT will be released to us. We diligently seek what has been ordained to happen here on earth as planned by YAHWEH HIMSELF, as the windows of heaven open and the spiritual outpouring of the HOLY SPIRIT come as the latter rain.

Saints, we need to prepare ourselves – the condition our heart, mind, and soul – for this outpouring to happen. This season is the most important season to recognize and act upon our life’s purpose here on earth. We must understand and to be a part of this process, as we continue to seek out and desire what this earth is about to experience.

Zechariah 10:1 Ask the LORD for rain In the time of the latter rain. The LORD will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, Grass in the field for everyone.

James 5:7-9 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble against one another, brethren, lest you be condemned. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door!

We have just looked at the former feasts in the HOLY SCRIPTURES. These feasts were made and set forth by YAHWEH to be recognized and followed then and for all generations to come. We are part of the generation that has come to honor these feasts that our HEAVENLY FATHER has laid out for us. Come join with us at Forerunner Ministries International as we partake in these feasts, as we breakdown the mitzvots, as we celebrate with the saints through worship, intersession, and the release of the rhema word by Apostle Mike Petro, preparing us for the latter rains. We encourage all of you to spread the word into the highways and byways with this truth that will set the captives free. Visit us at www.forerunnertv.com and be prepared.

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY BEING THE BLESSING YOU HAVE BEEN CREATED TO BE.

Shalom Blessings,

Pastor Brad Nottingham
